Yes, click & collect is available from our boutique. You’ll be notified when your order is ready to pick up.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, returns are accepted within our returns policy. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned within 14 days.

Absolutely. If you’d like to swap for another size or style, please get in touch so we can arrange it.

To return an item, simply ensure it is unworn, in original packaging, and within 14 days of delivery. Then:

  1. Repackage your item securely.
  2. Include your order number and contact details inside the parcel.
  3. Post it back to us at the return address listed on our Returns & Shipping page.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please note that customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
